We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support order processing, customer communication, inventory management, and sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMTraining Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules using ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate with factories on schedule changes, shipments, and order adjustments
- Support order processing, quotations, and weekly forecasting activities
- Respond to customer, distributor, and internal inquiries via phone, email, and CRMMonitor customer inventory levels and support distributor programs
- Generate weekly/monthly reports and manage RMAsMaintain accurate records and perform general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong inventory management and forecasting skills
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Excel skills required
