You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and you’re never just be “watching the clock.”What You’ll Be DoingSupporting clients through overnight programming and activitiesMonitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needsActing as a go between for clients and clinical staffHelping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentationAssisting during crises (with training and supervision)Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when neededSupporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalismYou’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.RequirementsWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnightValid driver’s license plus a clean driving recordWillingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
