Role OverviewJob Description and BenefitsWe are recruiting graduates at the start of their careers to support live datacentre migration projects across the US East Coast. This role focuses on data collection, accuracy, and structured processes within technical environments.No prior datacentre experience is required. Full training will be provided.You will work alongside experienced engineers, supporting projects by capturing, validating, and managing technical data from physical infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAccurately record data from physical equipment, racks, cables, and labelsCapture information such as asset IDs, serial numbers, rack positions, ports, and power detailsMaintain structured records using Excel spreadsheets and project templatesCheck data for accuracy, consistency, and completenessWork within live datacentre environments, following site rules and instructionsCommunicate updates via Microsoft TeamsFollow written procedures, checklists, and method statementsSupport documentation and data handover activitiesSkills RequiredRequired SkillsComfortable working with data and data collectionConfident using Microsoft Excel for structured data entryFamiliar with Microsoft TeamsStrong attention to detailAble to follow instructions preciselyOrganised, reliable, and methodicalGood Communicator (Verbal and Written)Desirable (Not Essential)Advanced Excel skills, including:Formulas (XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIFS)Experience working with large datasetsAble and willing to travel as required for project deliveryEducational RequirementsAcademic BackgroundGraduates from technical or analytical disciplines, including:Computer ScienceNetworking / ITCyber SecurityElectrical & Electronic EngineeringTelecommunicationsData, Maths, or Engineering-related subjectsWhat We OfferFull training providedHands-on experience on real datacentre migration projectsExposure to large-scale technical environmentsClear progression opportunities into technical or project roles
