AI Ops Engineer IIContract: 9–12 Months | Location: 100% RemoteWe are seeking an AI Ops Engineer II / AI Automation Engineer to build and scale an enterprise Operational AI platform. The role combines Python/backend engineering, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and enterprise IT integrations.Ideal Profile: Strong Python/backend engineer with hands-on production GenAI/LLM and agentic AI experience who can integrate AI into enterprise IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and LLM-powered automation.Build APIs/data integrations with ServiceNow/CMDB, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and GCP.Develop AI use cases for incident triage, RCA, Help Desk automation, and proactive IT operations.Implement RAG, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and AI observability.Use AI coding tools such as Devin, Windsurf, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.Required Skills3–5 years total engineering experience.Strong Python and REST API development.1–2+ years hands-on GenAI/LLM development.Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.Experience with MCP and/or LLM tool/function calling.Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.Enterprise integration/API experience.AIOps, ITSM, ServiceNow, or observability experience is highly preferred.
