This role includes regular facilitation of new hires, sales, leadership, and systems training. Core Specialists also own learning programs end-to-end, build content, manage initiatives, and collaborate with business partners to ensure training drives measurable performanceEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training sessions for new hires, leaders, and sales teamsModel Confie's facilitation standards and ensure strong knowledge transfer through coaching, interaction, and skill practicesOwn assigned core learning programs from discovery through roll-out and sustainment (e.g., onboarding, sales execution, leadership development, system training)Develop and update learning materials across multiple modalitiesPartner with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business needsWork with Sales Operations, field leadership, and cross-functional partners to support performance needs and training-related initiativesTrack program metrics, learner outcomes, and business impact; use insights to recommend improvementsDocument and manage project milestones, deliverables, and success measuresQualifications and Education Requirements2+ years of experience in learning & development, training facilitation, instructional design, or program managementStrong facilitation skills and comfort leading both virtual and in-person sessionsStrong project management, communication, and writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving business prioritiesPreferred SkillsArticulate Storyline/Rise experienceBachelor's degree in L&D, Instructional Design, Education, or related fieldExperience in sales, insurance, or operationsOther DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
