Senior Structural Engineer

Join our Team as a Senior Bridge Engineer!Are you an experienced Bridge Engineer with a passion for municipal and state highway projects? We are looking for a dedicated individual to take on a key role in our employee-owned firm's development and growth.Responsibilities Utilize structural design codes such as AASHTO LRFD and AASHTO LRFR Proficiency in structure design software like MIDAS Experience working with NHDOT and/or VTrans Mentor and develop staff members Strong communication skills, both oral and written Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Manage engineering calculations and design tasks for various bridge elements Provide project management support to the bridge lead Prepare design documents for bridge projects of all sizes and types Ensure quality control and client coordination for assigned projectsMinimum Qualifications 8+ years of Bridge Engineering experience BS/MS in Civil Engineering PE License preferred Demonstrated technical expertise Proficiency in Micro-station and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D Familiarity with AASHTO Design GuidelinesWe offer a competitive salary, health benefits, generous vacation time, and a long term retirement plan including a 401(K) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
