The Principal will be a highly visible instructional leader who supports students, teachers, support staff, and the school community through collaborative problem-solving, clear communication, and engaged leadership. The Principal will work to improve academic and social-emotional outcomes for students through strategic planning, collaborative problem-solving, modeling, and coaching. The Principal will also communicate a clear and comprehensive vision for excellence and continuous improvement aligned with the mission and vision of the Kaukauna Area School District.Electa Quinney Elementary School serves approximately 400 students in grades 2-4 and is supported by approximately 60 dedicated staff members who are committed to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Quinney prioritizes strong relationships with students and families, emphasizing social-emotional learning, character development, and student leadership opportunities. Staff collaboration and a focus on continuous growth are essential to supporting both academic success and the development of the whole child. A supportive Parent Advisory Committee and vibrant school traditions help strengthen connections between school and home, creating a strong sense of community and shared commitment to student success.Required Qualifications:1. Advanced degree in educational administration (Master's or higher)2. Previous administrative experience is preferred3.
