Remote Urgent Care FNP

Provisions Health is actively seeking a 1099 Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioners to provide Urgent Care and Primary Care Telehealth care visits to rural community members! The primary goal of the telehealth care navigator is to prevent Emergency and Urgent Care visits, supplement in-person visits for high-risk patients, identify high risk patients who need additional oversight, and improve patient satisfaction & overall care coordination between patient/branch/field clinicians. Ability to conduct visits and follow-up from a virtual platform using a gold standard of customer service. Must be able to function independently in a high volume environment, supporting locations in multiple time zones. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have 2080 hours or 2 years of practicing as a clinical Family Nurse Practitioner. Must be or willing to apply for multi-state licensed and have current Medicaid credentials. Preferred additional licenses AL, FL, GA (Medicaid), TX (Medicare/Medicaid), NV (Medicare/Medicaid), MI, MN, and SC - hold a compact license OR must be willing to obtain these and additional state licenses quickly and efficiently at your cost. Must be proficient in written and spoken English, other languages a plus. Expected hours: 20-40 per week Paid weekly.
