Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionEvent Management Operations AnalystGas Power ServicesLocation: Italy, Abu Dhabi, or the United StatesContract type: PermanentWorking arrangement: RemoteYou are looking for a role where you can turn operational data into action, improve how complex work gets delivered, and help teams work more consistently across regions. As an Event Management Operations Analyst, you support outage event planning and daily management across Gas Power Services, helping strengthen performance, standardize ways of working, and improve the customer and team experience.In this role, you help make sure the right actions happen at the right time. You work closely with regional and functional teams to improve planning, execution, reporting, and issue resolution. You bring structure to daily management, spot trends early, and help teams focus on the changes that create the greatest value.What You’ll DoDesign, track, and follow up on key performance indicators that align with team and business goalsIdentify trends, trigger alerts when performance moves outside agreed thresholds, and support timely actionHelp improve outage planning, handoffs, scope management, and execution rhythms across the outage lifecycleSupport management operating reviews and help drive corrective actions based on performance trends and root-cause analysisBuild and maintain clear, practical dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BIAutomate recurring reports and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiencySupport the rollout of standard work practices across regions and functions, working with frontline teams and regional stakeholdersHelp develop quality work instructions and standard work instructions through cross-functional collaborationLead structured problem-solving efforts to identify root causes and deliver lasting fixesSupport internal communications, including training materials and newsletters, to help teams stay aligned and informedWhat You BringExperience in service operations, project execution, or operational excellence in a complex industrial or energy environmentA track record of working across teams to deliver measurable improvements in performanceConfidence using operational concepts such as scoping, job costing, billing processes, estimated completion, and cost controlExperience working with digital systems, such as enterprise resource planning platforms, service management tools, or other business softwareStrong English communication skills, both written and spokenIt’s a plus if you also bringExperience supporting change in a fast-moving operational environmentFamiliarity with power generation, gas turbines, steam, or energy servicesExposure to outage planning or service management systemsExperience with daily performance management and KPI routinesHands-on use of Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization toolsExperience applying artificial intelligence or machine learning in an operational settingStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly across teamsSpanish language skillsWhy this roleThis is a chance to help shape how work gets planned, tracked, and improved across a global business.
