This role begins once POs are created and approved by the Demand Planner and ensures timely manufacturing, problem resolution, and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in vendor management and production coordination within a fast-paced supply chain.Job Summary:Key ResponsibilitiesReceive approved POs from Demand Planner and issue to appropriate factoriesConfirm production start dates, timelines, and shipping schedules with vendorCoordinate with Accounting to ensure production deposits and milestone payments are accurate and submitted on timeTrack the status of all open orders and escalate any production delaysManage communication with factories regarding changes, cancellations, or issuesEnsure all production activities align with required timelines and shipping targetsCoordinate with logistics to support inbound shipment and delivery timingMaintain and update production tracking systems and ERP dataCommunicate risks or delays clearly and promptly to internal stakeholdersMonitor supplier performance and help implement corrective actionsSupport quality control processes during production and pre-shipmentQualifications:3–5 years of experience in production planning, factory coordination, buying, or supply executionExcellent communication and vendor management skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple production timelinesFamiliarity with ERP systems and production tracking toolsExperience in e-commerce, wholesale, or manufacturing environments is REQUIREDBenefits10 days PTO5 sick days10 paid company holidaysMedical, Dental, VisionDiscount on all products!
