In this role, you will engage prospective and existing customers over the phone, identify their insurance needs, and drive policy sales or qualified transfers to licensed agents. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume sales environment, is persuasive without being pushy, and is excited by performance-based incentives.Key ResponsibilitiesMake high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective insurance customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutionsPre-qualify leads and transfer warm prospects to licensed insurance agents or close sales if licensedConsistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsFollow approved sales scripts while adapting to customer conversations naturallyOvercome objections and clearly explain value propositionsAccurately collect and document customer information in CRM systemsMaintain strict compliance with insurance regulations and call quality standardsParticipate in sales coaching, training sessions, and performance reviewsPay: Hourly + Uncapped CommissionsSign on Bonus up to $4,000 for licensed agents
