The role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining custom software solutions. On a daily basis, responsibilities include customizing new installations, troubleshooting software issues, and providing technical support to clients. Collaboration with team members to ensure high-quality software solutions is essential. One of our main software functions involves weighing and labeling product, so interfacing with peripheral equipment and labeling software is a large part of the role.QualificationsStrong skills in Programming and Database Development (VB.NET, SQL Server)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience with custom software projects and client-facing technical support is a plus
