Senior Cost Estimator

Title: Cost EstimatorLocation: RI (Hybrid) Only W2Duration: 6 monthsJob Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support ongoing projects on a contract/ongoing basis. The ideal candidate has experience in construction and has hands-on experience as a Project or Program Engineer. A strong history of cost estimating, budgeting, and financial forecasting within an engineering and/or construction context is essential.This is not a finance or accounting role, so candidates with backgrounds primarily as accountants, controllers, or financial analysts will not be a fit. Importantly, the client is looking for a Cost Estimator rather than a Cost Engineer, as they prefer someone who is adaptable and can be trained to their specific needs and processes. Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences construction space is not required but would be a bonus.
