What You’ll Do
Engage and build relationships:Develop and maintain strong connections with heart failure specialists, cardiologists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in cardiovascular and amyloid disease areas
Scientific exchange and insights:Collect, analyze, and share evidence-based insights while leveraging territory relationships to accelerate knowledge transfer and influence clinical practice
ATTR-CM expertise:Apply prior experience or meaningful exposure to ATTR cardiomyopathy in field activities and translate complex scientific data into clear, clinician-ready insights
Education and collaboration:Support clinician education, deliver presentations, and provide clinical guidance at regional and national meetings
Patient-focused impact:Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and provide actionable insights to internal teams
Regulatory and product knowledge:Respond to inquiries with clear, balanced scientific information while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards
Continuous learning:Stay current on disease state management, emerging therapies, and the competitive landscape

Minimum Requirements
Advanced degree in a clinical or scientific field (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA)
1–2 years of clinical experience in ATTR, Heart Failure, Cardiology and/or pharmaceutical experience with exposure to cardiovascular or amyloidosis disease areas, including KOL engagement, scientific exchange, and territory-based field activities
Previous MSL experience in ATTR
Understanding of healthcare delivery xywuqvp systems, payer structures, and treatment pathways
Clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area and ability to build professional relationships
Strong communication skills to convey complex scientific information clearly
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to medical affairs
Ability to travel 50–70% (varies by geography), including weekends and overnights
Desirable Requirements
2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience
Rare Disease and/or Cardiology experience
Ability to build and leverage relationships to influence outcomes that improve patient care
Location
Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
