This role is ideal for a proven critical care nurse leader with 3–5 years of ICU leadership experience who is passionate about clinical excellence, staff development, and patient safety.The Nurse Manager (NM) is a registered nurse responsible for the operational, clinical, and leadership oversight of the ICU.
