Position OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Lead .Net Developer to contribute to our Commercial Sales Experience (CSE) product initiative.The ideal candidate is proficient in the full software development lifecycle using an Agile framework, enhancing existing web applications, ensuring long-term application performance and can work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping Web APIs in .NET CoreWriting extensive unit tests and Web API testingResponsible for security, performance, and scalability considerationsModernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to .NET Core + ReactDevelopment utilizing ReactJSWriting queries and complex stored proceduresDeploying to Kubernetes clustersCode refactoring and designing patternsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 2 years of software engineer experienceORMaster's degree and at least 1 year of software engineer experienceORAt least 5 years of software engineer experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)Desired SkillsDevelopment experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core using C# (and/or VB.NET) in Visual Studio IDEDevelopment experience with ReactJSExperience in developing Web APIs in .NET CoreExperience in writing extensive unit tests and Web API testing.Good Understanding of security, performance, and scalability considerationsExperience modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to .NET Core + ReactStrong understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript & jQueryExpert level knowledge in SQL, including writing complex queries and stored proceduresSkilled in working with SOAP and REST services.Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.Understanding of the GitFlow branching strategy and deploymentsFamiliarity with deploying to Kubernetes clustersUnderstanding of SOLID design principlesExperience with code refactoring and design patternsFamiliarity with ADO or JIRAFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelineFamiliarity with TFS, GITFamiliarity with AzureStrong understanding of technical best practices to support an agile environmentFamiliarity with Telerik is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits And CompensationThis position offers competitive market-based compensation, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee wellbeing.
