Sr. Finance Manager FP&APay Rate: $100-120 per hourContract 6 Months / Hybrid Schedule The Role This temporary Senior Manager level role will provide high-level financial leadership and analytical support during a critical transition period, with an expected duration of approximately 5–6 months. The position serves as a key partner to the CFO and President, supporting executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and ongoing business transformation efforts. The role is highly dynamic and ad hoc in nature, requiring a self-sufficient finance leader who can quickly assess business needs, provide strategic analysis, and ensure alignment across financial reporting, forecasting, and operational initiatives.Job Responsibilities• Serve as a primary finance partner to the CFO and President, supporting executive priorities, strategic initiatives, and special projects.• Act as a flexible finance lead across initiatives where business partners are in place but additional support or gap coverage is needed.• Lead and review complex financial analysis, ensuring accuracy, logical consistency, and actionable insights.• Manage and oversee team deliverables, including providing guidance, prioritization support, and high-level review of work products.• Review and validate monthly P&L reporting and Management Business Review (MBR) materials for accuracy and coherence.• Oversee forecast and budget review processes, including executive-level presentation preparation and guidance to the FP&A Manager, who is assuming increased ownership of these activities.• Collaborate cross-functionally on transformation and operational improvement initiatives across the organization.• Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.• This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities may evolve over time, and other related duties may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the company.Required Qualifications• Proven experience operating at the Director level within FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance.• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and logical problem-solving capabilities.• Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments with significant ad hoc and executive-driven priorities.• Prior experience managing or mentoring finance teams.• Experience in transformation initiatives, operational finance, private equity-backed environments, and/or M&A support is highly desirable.Preferred Qualifications• Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 5–6 months.• Must be available during standard U.S. business hours (MDT). • Full-time commitment of approximately 40 hours per week is required.• Competitive compensation range: $100 - 120 per hour, depending on experience
