Our team moves with an entrepreneurial mindset — collaborating cross-functionally and operating with a high standard across both creative and operational work. We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator who helps bring structure to fast-moving initiatives, supporting both execution and creative processes to ensure every brand effort runs smoothly and efficiently. Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing operations across both brands, assisting with logistics, creative development, events, and vendor management. This role is execution-focused with exposure to strategic brand initiatives. You will play a key role in: Managing POS ordering and vendor coordinationSupporting program and campaign rollouts and asset developmentAssisting with event execution and logisticsMaintaining marketing organization, timelines, and budgetsThis is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience in premium spirits brand building. Key Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Administration Oversee POS ordering process, including vendor communication, production timelines,and fulfillment trackingWork with Finance team to help manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense trackingMaintain organized marketing calendars, timelines, and internal trackersSupport cross-functional communication between Sales, Brand, and external partnersCreative & Campaign Support Assist in the development of marketing briefs, presentations, and campaign decksCoordinate creative asset requests with designers and agenciesHelp manage asset libraries and ensure sales teams have access to current materialsSupport content execution across digital and social platforms as neededEvents & Logistics Assist in planning and execution of brand events, trade shows, and market activationsCoordinate shipment of POS, samples, and event materialsSupport on-site execution when requiredTrack event budgets and recap performance metricsQualifications: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, events, or related fieldStrong organizational and project management skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with POS production and vendor managementProficiency in presentation buildingExperience in spirits, CPG, lifestyle, or beverage industryExposure to event marketing or field activationEntrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up sleevesWhat Success Looks Like POS programs are executed smoothly and delivered on timeMarketing timelines are organized and proactively managedEvents run seamlessly with strong logistical supportSales teams feel supported with clear, timely marketing resourcesCreative execution maintains brand standards across both portfoliosWhy Join Wes Brands Work across two fast-growing premium spirits brandsGain exposure to both creative and operational marketing functionsHigh-growth environment with opportunity for advancementCollaborative, ambitious team culture
