DeTect is looking to fill the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role in the Panama City, Florida office. Job Summary- the following is a sample of daily activities that will be carried out by this position. Answer incoming telephone calls and route accordingly or email messages to appropriate individual Mail distribution General Office duties (filing, copying, scanning, etc) Greet customers and vendors Prepare Expense Reports for travelers Assist travel coordinator Skills Required for this position Ability to use multi-line phone system Ability to multi task and prioritize Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Key Competencies Mature professional demeanor organizing and prioritizing, attention to detail and accuracy communication skills, confidentiality & judgment problem-solving skills, team work and ability to meet deadlines Willingness to learn new skills Qualifications HS Diploma or GED One year experience as Receptionist and/or Administrative Assistant Reliable and dependable Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
