We welcome applications from complete steel erection gangs (1 x Foreman, 2 x Erectors, 1 x Trainee), with crews able to travel together in a shared van to site. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Foreman – Erection to join our construction team. Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), task briefings, lift plans, and permit systems are in place and followed by the team. Ensure all site labour under your supervision are appropriately trained and competent for their tasks. Maintain project programmes and sequences to ensure efficient execution. Ensure all plant, equipment, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are used in compliance with company policies. Conduct daily briefings, highlighting hazards, discussing tasks, and encouraging team engagement. Maintain quality control by enforcing company procedures on bolted connections, check sheets, and fault reporting. What You Will Need SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification 6‑10 years’ experience in construction with proven expertise in steel erection Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings What We Offer Competitive salaries, excellent benefits packages, paid travel time and accommodation subsistence when working away on‑site.
