Heavy Equipment Technician

We’re hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician for a client in Salem, NH. If you have strong troubleshooting experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, sensors, and electronic controls, this role is for you.You’ll work on specialized aerial lift equipment in both shop and occasional field service settings. Great opportunity for technicians from heavy equipment, diesel, automotive, industrial, aviation, or field service backgrounds.What You’ll Do:Diagnose & repair hydraulics, electrical, and electronic control systemsTroubleshoot sensors, wiring, and CANBUS systemsPerform preventative maintenance & annual inspectionsComplete service documentation accuratelySupport customers in person & over the phoneMove equipment & assist with occasional travel (U.S./Canada after training)What You Bring:HS diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license + good driving recordAbility to lift 70+ lbsComfortable with shop work, computers, tablets, appsStrong troubleshooting mindset & willingness to learnPreferred (but not required):Hydraulic/electrical / CANBUS experienceOSHA 10, DOT medical card, forklift certMilitary or technical school training (diesel, auto, aviation, heavy equipment)
