If you have a background in construction and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!Position: Installer IIILocation: Hayward, CAJob Type: Full-TimePay: $1250 per 2-3 day install + incentives for add-onsGas Stipend: $500 MonthlyBenefits: Full Health, dental, vision, and 401k are provided after 60 days of employmentKey Responsibilities:- Install products according to company standards and client specifications.- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Qualifications:- Proven experience in construction or installation roles including plumbing using PEX A- Experience with Sentrel products preferred but not required- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Valid drivers license and reliable truck or vehicle suitable for hauling job materials.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
