Lead Java DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to oversee and drive the development, modification, and deployment of GIAS interfaces and related systems. Required Experience & Skills:• 15+ years of hands-on experience with Java and SQL.• Strong expertise in Hibernate, JDBC, OOP, data structures, multithreading, JDK, and JVM.• Experience with Spring, JSP, Servlets, HTML, JUnit, Mockito, Maven, Java exception handling, and MVC architecture.• Proficient in Eclipse IDE.• Proven experience in the Insurance domain, especially Policy Administration Systems; Health Insurance experience is a strong plus.• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is preferred.• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a team environment.
