Collaborative Culture: Join a team-oriented environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Assist in monthly tax accruals and journal entries to ensure accurate and timely filings. Conduct tax research and advise clients on tax strategies to optimize their financial position. Use QuickBooks to manage and review client records (QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required). Provide support during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities on behalf of clients. Collaborate with clients to address tax-related inquiries and provide tailored advisory services. Perform general accounting functions, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in tax accounting, public accounting, or audit. QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
