Talent Acquisition Coordinator, NORAM

This is a fixed-term position lasting 6 monthsThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support end-to-end recruiting operations by managing candidate flow, administering the applicant tracking system, coordinating interviews and events, and ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, which includes posting positions, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Administer the applicant tracking system, including: adding/removing users, updating user rights, maintaining records, adding and removing requisitions, preparing reports, candidate communication, etc. and ensuring data accuracyAdvertise job opportunities on external job board boards, including those that ensure regulatory complianceConduct entry-level phone interviewsSchedule candidate phone, in person, and virtual interviews, which sometimes includes coordinating travelCoordinate and represent bioMerieux at recruiting events, including college and community career fairsEEOC/OFCCP compliance trackingStay current on applicable employment lawsReceive incoming recruitment related callsMaintain confidentiality at all timesProvide excellent customer service to internal clients and applicants, maintains constant communication.Assists job seekers with the application process and responding to questions regarding application status.Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and properly documenting all internal transfer formsCompile recruiting metric data and produce ad hoc recruiting reportsTrack and reconcile budgets, both departmental and company-wide headcountPerforms other related administrative support duties as requiredMinimum Requirements:HS Diploma/GED Required.2 years of experience coordinating interviews in a professional office environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (calendar management), Teams, and/or SlackKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Mastery of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong work ethic.Ability to adapt to new tools and techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting emails, reports, and other documents, as well as conducting phone and video conferencing.Experience with Egencia and Concur is preferred.The estimated wage range for this role based in North Carolina is between $26.50 – $32.50. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living.
