Let's achieve great things together!Responsibilities:Daily script and roleplay for a minimum of 15 minutesSpend a minimum of 1 hour on long-term opportunity miningLive answer all inbound calls and respond to web lead submissions within 60 secondsFacilitate responses via call, email, and SMSMaintain all necessary follow-ups with previous contacts to schedule an appointment or collect additional required informationPerform sales calls in accordance with our lead intake flow and sales processManage call lists and database entry/updates daily in Podio and other relevant CRMsAccurately report lead information using daily scorecards and manage and report daily KPIs manually and automaticallyConduct outbound calls to targeted niche lists requiring motivation-specific scriptingFollow the prescribed Skip Tracing Process to generate leads and set appointments for Acquisition agentsFollow up on leads using team standards with the goal of scheduling appointmentsNetwork and prospect for motivated sellers through cold calling and eventsWork with the team to identify opportunities in "Off-Market" segmentsFollow up on good prospects from returned mail and undeliverable addressesEnsure appointments are scheduled, and confirmation calls are completed within 24 hoursDetermine through prospecting whether the seller is a good candidate for a cash offer or listing their homeQualifications:Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in RESimpli CRM preferred and Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressureProficient in data entry and research1-3 years of service, sales, and/or management experience3-5 years of administrative experienceDeliverablesMastery of Sales ProcessAchieve a live answer rate exceeding 95%Follow up with all incoming leads within 1 minuteMaintain a contact-to-lead rate of over 80% for new leadsReport daily 2-way conversationsMaintain a lead to appointment rate over 72%Record outbound attempts (categorized by phone and SMS)Record outbound contacts made and appointments setRecord appointments reset or resurrectedIf you are a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.
