A passion for baseball or softball and a solid understanding of baseball or softball equipment is preferred. Shows up to shifts with appropriate attire and appearance according to company policies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong work ethic. Ability to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day and/or week while maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed. Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude by listening, understanding, and responding to customer needs, while being committed to exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members and customers. Read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock area and register area by standing, walking, stooping, crawling, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and climbing a ladder; ability to lift and/or move up to 50 (fifty)pounds at any given time. Stand for extended periods of time primarily entire shift (6 to 8 hours).
