This position reports directly to the Senior Program Director of Preventative Care. This position is responsible for oversight of listed services rendered by agency. The duties require ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws and assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand within the agency. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services, MCOs, and other community stakeholders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensures strict compliance with current DHHS and DHSR coverage policies, all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures.Monitors performance measures. Provides clinical oversight and supervision to CDAC and QP/AP, Peer level staff providing these services. Assists with development of workflows to ensure services are clinically appropriate and financially viable.Serve as a representative for agency in identified local opportunities, state, and MCO SUD initiatives.Ensures SAIOP and SACOT are staffed appropriately for volume of services and works with peers to share resources when needed.Serve as the liaison between the Senior Program Director of Preventative Care and the SUD teamsAll other duties as assigned by supervisorUnits Billed Minimum Requirement:Special Attributes: Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Must possess strong clinical skills, a vast knowledge base of mental health and substance abuse disorders and vigor to continue the learning process. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families.
