Associate Director, Development

Overview In this role, you will drive the design and delivery of software solutions that support the Ignition Tax Product Team. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable applications and ensure high quality through rigorous testing. You’ll mentor junior engineers, help shape product direction, and act with integrity to uphold a respectful work environment.
