Title: Coupa Source-to-Pay Technology Lead (Icertis)Location: Greater Boston Area, MA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)Employment Type: ContractStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the roleWe are seeking an experienced technology leader to support and optimize enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms across procurement, contracts, vendor risk, and approval workflows. This role will lead operational support, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional technology initiatives while guiding an S2P applications team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement activities for Source-to-Pay (S2P) technology platformsProvide technical and operational leadership for Coupa, Icertis, ProcessUnity, and DocuSignManage stakeholder communication, escalations, and cross-functional coordination for enterprise technology initiativesLead team 1:1s, weekly operational meetings, and provide mentorship to S2P technology team membersDrive execution of large-scale IT implementations, system improvements, and operational process optimizationSupport governance and compliance needs related to SOX and GxP environments (preferred)QualificationsProven experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and enterprise procurement technologiesHands-on experience with Coupa, Icertis, ProcessUnity, and DocuSign; Concur experience is a plusStrong background in IT operations, enterprise application support, and complex technology implementationsDemonstrated success in stakeholder management and leading cross-functional initiativesExperience leading teams, handling escalations, and driving operational excellenceSOX and GxP exposure preferredCompensation (MA Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $80–$90/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
