This is an opportunity to lead technically challenging programs at the intersection of advanced hardware and software, working alongside teams solving meaningful defense problems with real deployment impact.Required qualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science, or a related technical discipline5+ years of program management, technical program management, systems engineering, or engineering leadership experience in a complex technical environmentExperience leading multidisciplinary product development programs involving some combination of electrical, optical, mechanical, embedded, and software systemsExperience working with defense, aerospace, national security, or other regulated government programsStrong understanding of hardware-software integration and engineering development lifecyclesProven ability to manage schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional executionExperience leading formal technical and program reviews with internal and external stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing communicationFamiliarity with requirements management, configuration management, verification/validation, and product lifecycle processesAbility to work effectively with technical teams while also communicating clearly to executives, customers, and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred qualificationsMaster's degree in engineering, systems engineering, business, or a related fieldPMP certification or equivalent program management trainingExperience with DoD programs, defense contracting, or military customersExperience with electro-optical systems, sensors, imaging systems, robotics, autonomous systems, communications systems, ruggedized electronics, or embedded platformsFamiliarity with ITAR / export controls, defense compliance requirements, and secure development environmentsExperience with hardware development milestones, qualification testing, environmental testing, and manufacturing transferExperience managing subcontractors, long-lead components, and supply chain constraintsFamiliarity with earned value, cost tracking, contract deliverables, and statement-of-work executionActive security clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one
