This position partners with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for non-clinical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring process.This role will primarily support recruitment for administrative departments and office-based positions, including but not limited to operations, intake, billing, finance, compliance, human resources, and other corporate support functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage full-cycle recruitment for administrative, corporate, and operational support positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates based on experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall role fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.Assist with drafting, updating, and posting job descriptions to improve applicant flow.Support pre-employment and onboarding processes, including background checks and new hire documentation.Request and review recruitment-related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics.Work closely with the Recruitment Team to improve processes, strengthen candidate flow, and support department hiring goals.Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws.QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience preferred.Experience recruiting for administrative, corporate, operational, or healthcare support roles preferred.Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards required.Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Must be able to work fully on-site in Melville, NY, Monday through Friday.Experience in Workday RecruitingWork Environment: Monday - Friday (Full-Time, On-Site) Compensation Range Salary: $90,000-$100,000 annuallyAlways Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
