Responsibilities include: Assist in leading and developing the culinary team through mentorship and hands-on leadership Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, production, service, and sanitation Ensure consistent execution, quality, and presentation of all menu items Support food and labor cost management, inventory, ordering, and product utilization Maintain cleanliness, organization, and DOH standards throughout the kitchen Assist with scheduling, training, hiring, and performance management Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure an exceptional guest experience Maintain a positive, professional, and high-performing kitchen culture QualificationsRequired Qualifications3–5+ years of culinary leadership experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to communicate effectively in English Preferred QualificationsPassion for hospitality and culinary excellence Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Calm and professional demeanor under pressure Desire to learn, grow, and develop within a leading restaurant group How to ApplyPlease apply directly to this posting with an updated resume.
