This role combines hunting for new business with managing and retaining existing accounts.What You’ll Do:Prospect and close new business using a consultative sales approachMaintain and grow existing customer relationshipsSecure contract renewals and long-term partnershipsTrack all activity and customer intelligence in SalesforceHit or exceed monthly customer retention and sales targetsRepresent the company at client meetings and local networking eventsWhat You Need:Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales experience with a solid track recordConfident communicator with strong presentation skillsExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferredStrong Excel and general Microsoft Office skillsBasic financial/numerical skills to build estimates and marginsClean driving record – travel required for meetings and site visitsCompletion of Strategic Selling or Sales Negotiation training is a plus
