Job Title: Workday Integration ConsultantExperience: 4+ YearsLocation: Chantilly, USwork Mode: RemoteJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with integration tools and a solid understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core ConnectorsDevelop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systemsWork with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for real-time data exchangeCreate and maintain integration documentation (design documents, mappings, test cases)Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production supportCollaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPerform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSONSupport security configuration related to integrationsParticipate in UAT, deployments, and post-production supportRequirementsStrong experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)Knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL)Experience in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologiesHands-on experience in integration troubleshooting and error handlingUnderstanding of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials)Experience with integration monitoring and schedulingPreferred QualificationsExperience with Workday Financials or HCM modulesPrior experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementationFamiliarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)Knowledge of security framework and business process framework (BPF)Workday certification (Integration / Studio)Soft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentProblem-solving and analytical thinking
