We're committed to training the right person who demonstrates exceptional drive, adaptability, and a genuine passion for learning.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for EMS customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the entire product lifecycleLead programs from New Product Introduction through production ramp and ongoing customer supportCollaborate with cross-functional internal teams to meet aggressive production schedules while maintaining exceptional quality standardsDevelop and manage detailed build plans and material strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryFacilitate Customer Focus Team meetings to align resources, resolve challenges, and drive program successMonitor and report critical performance metrics including delivery performance, cost management, quality indicators, and customer satisfaction scoresOptimize inventory management, support demand forecasting, and proactively reduce supply chain risksLead change management processes and ensure seamless cross-functional communicationSupport financial forecasting, backlog analysis, and monitor accounts receivable and tariff implicationsOrganize and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunitiesIdentify and develop additional sales opportunities within existing customer accountsPartner with sales teams to develop compelling proposals, quotes, and program expansion strategiesChampion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer value and reduce operational costsWhat We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications1+ years of program management experience in any industryProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrategic mindset with strong organizational and time management abilitiesPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or similar technical manufacturing environmentKnowledge of PCBA, box build, and electronic product lifecyclesHands-on experience with ERP and CRM systemsUnderstanding of sales processes, value propositions, and account development strategiesExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IPC-A-610, AS9100, ITAR, or RoHSWe Value Potential and DriveWhile electronics manufacturing experience is valuable, we're committed to training exceptional candidates who bring transferable program management skills and a genuine passion for technology.
