Trailer Mechanic
```Duties:```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Semi- Trailers, including DOT/PM inspections and brake adjustments.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with trailers and determine the best course of action for repair.
- Repair or replace damaged components, such as body of trailer , suspensions components , brakes, and electrical systems such as lights and ABS systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure trailers are in optimal working condition.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on trailers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
```Experience:```
- Knowledge of tractor-trailers and heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose mechanical issues accurately.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality workmanship.
