Technical Manager — Data & AI

Lead delivery and client engagement for AI and data initiatives across energy and utilities accounts while supporting account growth, solution development, and day-to-day client management in the US market.Must-Haves — all required, no exceptions:8–12 years in technology delivery with at least 3+ years in a client-facing leadership or consulting roleStrong AI and data expertise — exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based solutions, analytics, cloud data platforms, or enterprise data engineering. Must be able to participate in solution architecture and technical discussions confidentlyEnergy or utilities domain exposure — generation, midstream, trading, grid operations, retail energy, or adjacent industrial sectors. Direct project experience preferredHouston based — role requires regular in-person client engagement and stakeholder interactionExperience supporting account growth commercially — has contributed to proposals, identified expansion opportunities, or supported pre-sales and solution shaping activitiesClient relationship management experience — able to independently manage working relationships with director- or VP-level stakeholdersBachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferredWhat this person owns day one:Delivery coordination and technical oversight on active US AI and data engagementsDay-to-day client engagement management for existing mid-tier accountsSupport proposal development, estimation, and solution shaping activitiesPartner with senior leadership on commercial growth initiatives and account expansion opportunitiesCoordinate between offshore delivery teams and US client stakeholdersHelp identify whitespace opportunities within existing customer engagements
