Our success is built on the strength of our people with their focus on collaborative problem-solving who bring ideas to life through technology, creativity, and teamwork.The Lead Quality Engineering will lead major initiatives in process improvement, risk management, and continuous optimization across the product lifecycle. You’ll act as both a technical expert and a mentor, guiding teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision making to maintain our world-class standards in precision manufacturing.Duties and Responsibilities Lead or support quality improvement initiatives that drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.Apply advanced problem-solving methods such as PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean to deliver measurable results.Manage and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Supervisors, providing coaching, development, and succession planning.Conduct and analyze statistical testing, measurement systems analysis, and process capability studies.Oversee non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, and customer complaints, ensuring effective corrective actions.Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Customers to improve product and process performance.Review the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions, ensuring long-term compliance with FDA, ISO, and internal standards.Maintain accountability for Quality KPIs, including leading and lagging indicators of product and process performance.Desired Experience 5+ years of experience in Quality or Engineering within a manufacturing or operations environment.Deep understanding of Risk Management (FDA, ISO 9001/13485) and Quality Systems.Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, MSA, and Reliability methodologies.Hands-on ability to troubleshoot, analyze data, and present findings that drive decision-making.Black Belt certification (or willingness to obtain) required.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.Strong data visualization and analytical software experience (Minitab, JMP, or similar).Technimark is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
