They also report to an Area Supervisor and Vice-President of Operations.Job Tasks, Responsibilities, and AuthoritiesTasks:Greet customers and answer the telephone courteously and identify yourself by nameTake payments from customersMaintain cash drawerSolicit business from new and existing customersProcess loan applicationsUse system software to calculate payments, renewal balances, payoffsMarket and sell ancillary productsGuide customers in properly filling out formsFile forms and maintain customer foldersCommunicate with potential customers about status of loan applications and with existing customers about their loan and payment statusGenerate customer mailingsMake daily bank depositsClean and maintain officeResponsibilities:Follow Company policies per Employee Handbook and additional policies set forth by ManagementReport to work per assigned scheduleRespect direction of Office Manager who is fully responsible for operation of your locationFollow all local, state, and federal lawsReport problems or misconduct, known or suspected, by other employees to your supervisor or upper managementWorking Conditions:Work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM; Monday thru Friday with one hour lunch break, may clock in at 8:30 for additional hours9 AM - 1 PM on three (3) Saturdays in DecemberAvg hours per week: 35 hoursOvertime: Never X Occasional Often; must be pre-approved by ManagerMax hours: 3 per weekWork environment: Shared office space with coworkersSalary and Benefits:Beginning range of $14 to $16 per hour with opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses.Other benefits: Medical, dental, life insurance; 401(k) plan; paid vacation and sick timeI have read and understand the above job description and can fulfill these essential job requirements with or without accommodations.
