BCT-LLC is seeking a Program Integrator 3. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH. This position is located in Columbia, Maryland.

What you will do
Advise and assist project leads with planning and execution of specific projects by applying program management processes and principles.
Creating program plans and documentation;
Generating program budgets; and
Planning and overseeing procurement and contract activities
Assist the project leads with the creation and execution of funding and budgeting baselines.
Attend contract reviews to assist technical leads in conducting cost estimating and monitoring of program/initiative outcomes.
Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets and other materials to assist in the project decision-making.
What you will need
Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, and/or financial management, and a Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification, or DA WIA Level III in any focus area, and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fifteen (15) years may be substituted.
Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is required to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Jacquelyn Tate Memorial Scholarship Opportunity. BCT provides a $1,000 scholarship annually for one employee or child enrolled in an undergraduate program in memory of our founding President, Jacquelyn Tate. BCT leadership communicates an annual call for essays to compete for this scholarship with an award date of August 12 each year.
