We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.As a clinician owned and operated company, SCT takes pride in providing supportive counseling through patient-centered psychology services that has a meaningful impact on residents' mood, functioning, and overall quality of life. (PT and FT)- Malpractice Insurance Provided- PTO & Holiday (Full-Time)Key Responsibilities:- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.- Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR).- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.Requirements:- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology for an accredited institution.- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in State applying for.- Effective oral and written communication in English- Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.- Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.- Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.- Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.- History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders.- Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.SCT welcomes individuals with a variety of licensure types to join our exceptional team. xxoysbn We encourage you to reach out directly to learn more about current openings!
