The primary goal is to ensure efficient and effective utilization of these technologies within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications using Java, Spring framework, Hibernate, and MongoDBDesign and implement backend services and APIs utilizing Java and related frameworksTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDBCollaborate with cross-functional teams & client to deploy and optimize applicationsConduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing of applicationsStay updated with industry trends and best practices in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDBInvolve in planning, & estimation for development & deliveryMentoring the technical teamSkill RequirementsProficiency in Java programming languageProficient with Spring framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring SecurityStrong knowledge of Hibernate for database interactionProficient with relational database and NoSQL DBFamiliarity with RESTful services and API developmentProblem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a team as well as independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologiesOther RequirementsRelevant certifications in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, or MongoDB are a plusMaximum Salary (US): 172000 Minimum Salary (US): 87000
