POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS: This is a full-time, permanent position. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with start times varying by project needs. Overtime may be required. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, pulling out construction trash, and supporting overall site cleanliness. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:Sweep and vacuum work areas to maintain a clean site Collect, bag, and remove construction debris and trash Organize and maintain site walkways and access points Support crews by keeping staging and storage areas clear Operate basic cleaning and site maintenance equipment (vacuums, brooms, shop-vacs, etc.) Monitor and empty waste containers regularly Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or hazards on-site Assist with small maintenance or cleanup tasks as directed by supervisors Maintain compliance with all site safety requirements Valid NJ driver’s license preferred 1–3 years of experience in construction or labor preferred, but not required Must be able to do physical work in a variety of weather conditions Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Northeast Precast is a precast concrete manufacturer of commercial products and residential foundation wall systems.
