Senior Network Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Develop, modernize, and sustain secure network capabilities for critical defense operations. Design, architect, and implement complex network systems, ensuring interoperability and resilience. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, applying expertise in Layer 2/3 technologies and routing protocols. Contribute to engineering efforts including implementation planning, testing, and upgrades. Utilize knowledge of routing, switching, encryption, and virtual routing and forwarding. Support the evolution and deployment of new network capabilities and technologies.What You'll Need 6+ years of experience in IP networking design and troubleshooting. Proven experience architecting and designing complex network systems. Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls. Experience configuring and troubleshooting IPv6 or IPSec VPNs. Knowledge of routing protocols such as MPLS, BGP, or Multicast. A Secret clearance is required.What's On Offer Competitive salary range of $77,600.00 - $176,000.00.
