The firm is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join a high-impact team advocating for employees' rights and civil liberties across Los Angeles and beyond.What We're Looking For:Licensed California attorney3+ years of experience practicing Employment Law (plaintiff-side preferred)Strong litigation background — experience handling depositions, law & motion, and court appearances is a major plusTeam-oriented, highly organized, and client-centeredPassion for employment law and a commitment to justiceWhat You'll Be Doing:Handle a caseload of employment law matters from intake through resolutionCollaborate closely with a team of seasoned litigators on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour casesDraft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motionsParticipate in mediations, depositions, and trial preparationPosition Details:Full-timeOn-site in a centrally located Sherman Oaks officeMonday through Friday scheduleCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $100,000 – $180,000, commensurate with experienceBonus potential based on performanceComprehensive benefits package including:401(k) planMedical and dental insuranceGenerous paid time off (PTO)Supportive and collaborative work environmentTo Apply:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and a writing sample.
