This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, Pennsylvania (3 days per weeks)Job DescriptionDesign, develop and maintain AI-powered backend services for intelligent document processing and content generationBuild scalable APIs and microservices supporting document ingestion, transformation, and publishing workflowDevelop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLMs into enterprise applications. Build orchestration workflows using AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API gateway and Event BridgeDesign secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications following AWS best practiceDevelop data process pipelines for structured and unstructured content integration AI services, Vector Search and enterprise data sources to enable intelligent document automation. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled solutionsEnsure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systemsQualification (5-8 minimum years required)Strong experience in Python (Full Stack)Hands on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch)Experience building and managing RESTful APIs and microservicesExperience integrating AI/LLM Services (examples: Amazon Bedrock, Claude or similar)Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering and AI orchestration patternExperience with LangGraphFamiliarity with vector databases, semantic search technologies.Preferred *(Not required, but an extra plus if you have the experience)Experience working with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworksExposure to automation frameworks or workflow orchestration toolsUnderstanding of secure data handling and compliance considerationsCompany Benefits (Can includes)Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 20 days of Paid Time Off(PTO)Preference: W2 Schedule: Hybrid WorkWork Location: Malvern, PAAdditionallyEntech is an equal-opportunity employer.
