Demonstrate in detail how the experience is similar and whether the organization for which the services REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS4 to 6 years of IT work experience in systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online environmentKnowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processesProficient with Microsoft C# .NET, MVC, jQuery, and Responsive DesignProficient experience with Test Driven Design and Unit Testing methodologyExperience with Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with OracleExperience with Microsoft AzureExperience with Visual Studio 2012 and laterExperience using HTMLExperience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environmentStrong communication and validation skillsExperience with IT systems and processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to projectsExperience working on multiple projects as a project leader or as a subject matter expertGoal-oriented, proactive team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholdersCritical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and VisioKnowledge of PowerPoint and SharePointExperience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKSAt a minimum, the Consultant(s) shall perform the following tasks:Workspace, network access, and a computer workstation will be providedDirection and approval for completion of tasks and deliverables, including timelines, will be provided and overseen by the Department’s designated Contract Manager and/or Program ManagerThe Department’s designated Contract Manager and/or Program Manager will be responsible for approving all tasks, activities, and deliverables
