This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and advancement!Key Responsibilities:Set monthly and annual forecasts for unit sales, gross profit, and department performanceEstablish objectives with each sales consultant and manager for CRM usage, closing ratios, prospecting efforts, and overall sales goalsEnsure complete utilization of the CRM tool and process across the sales teamConduct daily sales meetings to review performance and outline the day's action planProvide ongoing training and development for sales staff to improve performance and achieve targetsImplement and oversee a prospecting program to drive sales resultsCollaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate pre-delivery processes for new vehiclesReview monthly productivity, forecasts, and profit performance with leadership, providing detailed reports for the sales team and departmentMaintain high standards for vehicle display, merchandising, and lot presentationAssist sales staff in closing deals, providing leadership and expertise when neededSet guidelines for used vehicle appraisals, including obtaining vehicle history reportsConduct monthly evaluations of demonstrator vehiclesEnsure compliance with information security and legal regulations related to retail auto salesManage new and used inventory levels based on customer demand and market trendsComplete all required training and follow company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedRequirements3 years of automotive sales experience including finance and insurance. 2 years in a dealership management positionImport experience preferred, but not required.
