The team operates across LA, NYC, and London, collaborating globally with clients and creative talent.Role Description The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized Salesforce solutions that support Rumble Studios’ business operations and client workflows. This full-time remote role includes building and optimizing Salesforce applications, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring data integrity across the platform. Day-to-day, the developer will create and manage Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages, configure Salesforce objects and automation, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate creative and operational needs into scalable technical solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, implementing best practices for security and performance, and documenting configurations and processes for cross-functional teams.Qualifications Strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce.com platform customization.Proficiency in building user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages.Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Administration, including configuration, workflows, validation rules, and permission sets.Solid understanding of core Salesforce.com concepts such as objects, fields, data models, and integrations.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and familiarity with CI/CD practices in a Salesforce environment.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.Previous experience in creative, media, or sports-related organizations is a plus, along with a genuine interest in women’s sport and culture.
